LE MALICIEUX COFFEE TABLE is an M-shaped steel coffee table leg, designed in our Montpellier workshop, to create or revamp a coffee table, side table or bench with a contemporary, industrial style .
Made from 30×30 mm square steel tubing, it measures 40 cm high by 50 cm long and supports up to 100 kg per leg, guaranteeing solid stability on table tops solid wood, marble, glass, terrazzo or granite surfaces up to 120 cm long.
Its M-shaped geometry distributes loads evenly and offers two configurations: inward-facing spikes for a compact look, or outward-facing spikes for a more open silhouette.
Available in powder-coated finishes- matte black RAL 9005, gloss white RAL 9003 - or in a dark matte varnish finish, it is moisture and UV-resistant for indoor and sheltered outdooruse.
Supplied with screws and self-adhesive rubber pads, it can be fixed to table top in just a few minutes thanks to its 6.5 mm holes.
Combine it with the rectangular M table base in 71 cm height to create a matching dining table and bench, or coffee table.

This base is designed for table tops square and round up to 90 cm, and rectangular or oval up to 120 cm long.
A minimum thickness of 3 cm is recommended for secure fixing.
Compatible with all rigid materials: solid wood, plywood, MDF, marble, granite, terrazzo, tempered glass and recycled plastic.
Avoid: table tops soft, hollow or without internal structure.
Each leg can support up to 100 kg, or 200 kg for a coffee table mounted on two legs.
The actual load-bearing capacity is determined by how the table is fastened to table top: ensure that table top is sufficiently thick: 3 cm minimum.
Both orientations are possible and give two distinct visual renderings.
Inward-facing points: closed, more compact silhouette, centered support under the table top.
Outward-facing points: open silhouette, more aerial effect, slightly wider footprint.
The choice depends on the style and dimensions of table top.
There are no technical constraints favoring one or the other.
The M shape is identical, the design is the same.
Only the height changes: 40 cm for coffee tables, occasional tables and benches; 71 cm for dining tables and desks.

Fine-textured powder-coated finishes: matt black (RAL 9005), gloss white (RAL 9003).
Powder coating involves baking electrostatic polyester powder at 200°C. The result? A 60-80 micron protective coating that resists :
