L'ÉLÉGANT is a mikado steel center table leg, designed to structure a table with precision and balance, making it a graphic, legible and timeless centerpiece.
At 71 cm high, its structure of square steel tubes crossed in a controlled, symmetrical geometry asserts a rigorous aesthetic. Each branch follows a clear axis, creating a stable, perfectly balanced base.
Thanks to this design, L'ÉLÉGANT ensures excellent stability, even under large-scaletable tops - up to 3 meters long and 1.4 meters wide depending on the model - with even load distribution.

This mikado table base is delivered flat-packed as a kit, complete with screws and adjustable glides. The recycled cardboard packaging protects the stand perfectly during transport.

For square or round table tops , opt for a symmetrical centralleg as L'IDÉAL.
Compatible materials:
- solid wood: oak, walnut, ash - thickness 2 to 7 cm (ideally 4 cm)
-multiplex plywood: minimum 18 mm, recommended 25-30 mm
- finger-jointed wood: perfect for long, economical lengths
- high-density MDF: if reinforced, minimum 30 mm
Caution: Heavy materials not recommended.
The weight and rigidity of these materials are NOT suitable for standard plates.
For marble, granite and waxed concrete, prefer the custom-made model in square tubes with reinforced plates.
The screws supplied (2.5 cm long) are calibrated for table tops wood from 20 to 50 mm thick.
For a thicker table top (6-7 cm), order long screws (4 cm) from the hardware store - Ø 6 mm, countersunk head.
This table leg is available in nine professional-quality finishes that don't just look good - they protect.
Fine-texture powder-coated finishes: matt black (RAL 9005), high-gloss white (RAL 9003), cream (RAL 9001), green (RAL 6011), yellow (RAL 1023), blue (RAL 5002).
Metallic sandblasted effect powder-coated finishes: copper (Y2304I), gold (Y2316F).
Powder coating involves baking electrostatic polyester powder at 200°C. The result? A 60-80 micron protective coating that resists :
- Humidity: Rust-free, sheltered outdoor use (covered terrace, veranda)
- UV: No discoloration in sunlight
- Impact: Harder than simple varnish
- Corrosion: Integrated anti-corrosion protection.
