Our hairpin leg three-branch " Le Costaud " is made from raw steel, 12 mm in diameter, with some rough edges, a sign of its authenticity.

Manufactured in our Montpellier workshop, it is available in several sizes and finishes to suit all your coffee table, dining table, desk, console and high table projects.

The pin shape offers a sleek, modern design that adapts to all interior styles.

Its timeless, industrial look can be combined with wood or concrete supports for an authentic feel, or with recycled plastic, terrazzo and marble for a modern touch.

" Le Costaud ", our pin-shaped steel leg will suit tables and tops of all shapes: rectangular, round, square, oval.

For square and rectangular shapes, we recommend a tabletop length of between 40 and 200 cm.

For round and oval shapes, we recommend a maximum tray diameter of 90 cm.

How much weight can hairpin leg support?

Each leg can support a weight of 50 kilos. That's a total of 100 kilos for two legs and 200 kilos for 4 legs.

The raw product will naturally oxidize and rust over time, depending on the humidity present in the air.

Tips for optimum use:

Removing rust: If rust is present, apply a mixture. To do this, make a paste by mixing a little hot water, white vinegar, lemon juice and baking soda. Apply to affected areas and leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with a damp sponge and dry with a dry cloth.

Yes, powder coating is a process that creates a long-lasting protective layer. Corrosion-resistant, it can protect steel from oxidation and rust. UV-resistant, thermolacquer is also UV-resistant, meaning it won't fade or degrade when exposed to the sun.

Tips for optimum use:

Regular cleaning: To keep your table legs in good condition for many years, we recommend regular cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry with a dry cloth. If white stains appear, use a soft cloth lightly moistened with cider vinegar or white vinegar.

Gloss white - RAL 9003 : Plain, glossy white powder coating that covers the steel. Luminous and brilliant at the same time, gloss white brings purity to your interior. Its lustrous sheen brings a sense of refinement and sophistication to your decor.

Fine-textured black - RAL 9005 : Plain black powder coating on steel. Chic, elegant and luxurious, matte black brings modernity to your interior.
