Every delivery is checked on arrival, then sorted by section and length before going into production.

Shaping and finishing
Once the parts arrive, we bend, curve and grind them in the workshop, depending on the model. Made-to-measure pieces are shaped to the exact dimensions you choose.

Welding
Every piece is assembled and welded by hand by our welders, then prepared for coating.

Off to be coated
The parts go to our powder-coating partner. The powder paint is baked in an oven for a thick, durable finish, then everything comes back to the workshop.

Quality check
Every piece is checked when it comes back: colour, finish, welds and dimensions. Anything that isn't perfect doesn't leave.

Your order is prepared and carefully packed in the workshop, so it travels without a scratch.
