CROISÉE TABLE FRAME MADE-TO-MEASURE is a steel table structure for designing a large dining table, desk, kitchen island or meeting table in industrial or contemporary style.
Manufactured in the Ripaton workshop in Montpellier from 8×4 cm steel tubes, it can be configured in height from 40 to 100 cm, width from 80 or 100 cm and length from 80 to 250 cm, to accommodate table tops up to 300×150 cm with a load capacity of up to 300 kg.
Available in RAL 9005 matte black powder-coating, RAL 9003 gloss white powder-coating or ADAPTA dark matte varnish, each finish protects the steel from moisture and UV rays, for use both indoors and outdoors in sheltered locations - covered terraces, pergolas, verandas.
The two X-shaped legs feature a horizontal top plate onto which a central crosspiece is screwed.
The structure is supplied disassembled, complete with screws, protective glides and downloadable assembly instructions. Optional adjustable glides to add 1.5 to 3.5 cm of height.

Stability and load distribution on large table tops
The X-shaped geometry of the legs is not only aesthetically pleasing: it redistributes vertical and lateral forces over four oblique support points, reducing the risk of deformation under load.
For longer lengths, or when working with table tops heavymarble, stone or granite, the parallel cross-member reinforces the rigidity of the whole and limits torsional movements.
The X-shaped base frees up the passageway under the table at the end: guests seated at either end of the table are not impeded by vertical uprights.
Combined with table top in solid live edge wood or waxed concrete, CROISÉE SUR MESURE creates a strong presence without saturating the space.
In 70-75 cm height, it becomes the base for a large family dining table or an XXL desk for a multi-screen workstation.
In worktop format from 89 cm, it supports a table top in granite or marble, compatible with the intensive use of an open kitchen.
In high table format at 100 cm, it can be transformed into a side table for a kitchen or bar.
The solidity of powder-coated steel in the face of repeated rubbing, professional cleaning products and intensive traffic makes it a relevant choice for contract spaces.
The configurable length of up to 250 cm means that several workstations can be assembled side by side on a single table top.

THE CROISÉE CUSTOM STRUCTURE accommodates table tops up to 300×150 cm for a maximum load of 300 kg.
Compatible dimensions:
Compatible with all rigid materials: solid wood (oak, walnut, ash), plywood, marble, granite, terrazzo, waxed concrete, tempered glass, recycled plastic.
Minimum recommended thickness: 2.5 cm. For table tops glass or stone, polymer mastic glue is recommended as an alternative to screws.
Avoid: hollow panels, lightweight melamine without reinforcement, table tops flexible.

The width of the structure must correspond to the useful width of the table top.
All three products share the same X-crossed foot shape.
The difference is mainly functional.
The steel section differs: 8×8 cm (square tube) on LE CROISÉ and LE CROISÉ SUR MESURE, 8×4 cm (rectangular tube) on LA STRUCTURE CROISÉE SUR MESURE.
LE CROISÉ sUR MESURE is a table leg with a fixed height of 71 cm, without crossbar. LE CROISÉ SUR MESURE is also a single leg, configurable in height from 40 to 100 cm and in width 80 or 100 cm, without crossbar.
The CROISÉE SUR MESURE STRUCTURE integrates two X-shaped legs and a central crossbar into a complete frame knock-down - the solution for long lengths, heavytable tops and projects requiring maximum rigidity.
Each leg is fitted with a pre-drilled horizontal top plate.
The central crosspiece screws directly onto the top plate, on the inside of the structure. The fixing center distance is included in the screws supplied with the structure.
No additional drilling is required.

This table base is available in three professional-quality finishes that don't just look good and are timeless - they protect.
Fine-textured powder-coated finishes: matt black (RAL 9005), gloss white (RAL 9003).
Powder coating involves baking electrostatic polyester powder at 200°C. The result? A 60-80 micron protective coating that resists :

- UV: no discoloration in sunlight
