Our table frames

Our structures are manufactured within two weeks. Once created, delivery takes 2 to 4 days. Our creations arrive on pallets, complete with all assembly accessories.

You'll find two finishes on the site: raw and powder-coated. Powder-coated legs are available in black, white or anthracite (dark matte varnish). But what is powder coating? Powder coating is a type of paint that is sprayed over the entire raw metal surface. It then solidifies in an oven. The result is a perfectly smooth, waterproof finish.

This type of leg is also ideal for a garden table, for example. Thanks to this process, the legs become UV and corrosion resistant.

Among table structures, you can choose between :

TheHabile high-table structure: with its "H"-shaped legs and horizontal bars acting as footrests, it's ideal for creating a bar or an eatery.

La Captivante the table frame with "Y"-shaped legs. Its modern style is a perfect match for a wooden table top.

The table frame Intrépide : two square legs and a crossbar make up this model. Very versatile, it can be adopted whatever your decorating style.

The table frame l 'Habile: features a horizontal bar. Lower than its counterpart for high tables, it adapts to dining tables.

L' Ambitieux sur mesure: a central mikado leg with a transverse reinforcing bar forms this table frame. This highly original central leg is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

You can attach your table top stone to a structure using suitable screws and drills. You can also glue the crosspieces to the underside of the table top to keep it firmly in place. Maintenance of steel structures depends on the finish you choose and their location. Powder-coated frames require only occasional cleaning with soapy water when outdoors. They require no specific maintenance when indoors.

Raw steel legs, on the other hand, are more fragile and require the application of jade oil when indoors. For outdoor use, in addition to this oil, we recommend applying rustproofing to the entire structure about once a year. A steel table frame is a complete steel base: the legs are connected to one another by longitudinal and/or transverse crossbars, forming a rigid, self-supporting frame.

Unlike individual table legs, the frame provides maximum stability, even with very long or heavy table tops. The table top is simply placed on top and secured with screws.

These structures are ideal for: large dining tables (200 cm and longer), kitchen islands, office desks, and conference tables.

Notre conseil : en dessous de 180 cm, des pieds en épingle ou pieds mikado suffisent. Au-delà, la structure est le choix le plus sûr.

Nos structures sont conçues pour accueillir des plateaux de 160 à 300 cm de long, voire plus en sur mesure.

La largeur du plateau peut aller de 70 à 120 cm selon le modèle. Pour des dimensions hors catalogue, notre service sur mesure fabrique à la taille exacte de votre projet.

Oui, toutes nos structures sont démontables. C'est l'un de leurs grands avantages.

Les pieds se détachent des traverses grâce à un système de boulonnage. Cela permet de :

Transporter facilement la structure, même dans un véhicule standard
Stocker à plat si nécessaire
Passer les portes et les escaliers sans difficulté
Changer de plateau ultérieurement sans changer le piètement

Le remontage se fait en quelques minutes avec une simple clé. Pas besoin de soudure ni d'outillage spécialisé.

Le montage est accessible à tous et ne nécessite aucune compétence particulière.

Étapes :

1. Déballez les éléments et vérifiez que toutes les pièces sont présentes (pieds, traverses, visserie).
2. Assemblez les pieds aux traverses à l'aide des boulons fournis. Serrez fermement.
3. Posez la structure retournée au sol. Placez le plateau retourné par-dessus.
4. Fixez le plateau sur la structure par vissage à travers les platines prévues à cet effet.
5. Retournez l'ensemble. C'est prêt.

Temps estimé : 20 à 40 minutes selon le modèle. Outils : clé plate ou clé Allen (fournie), visseuse.

Le choix de la finition dépend de votre intérieur et de l'usage :

Le noir mat fine texture est notre finition la plus vendue pour les structures : sa texture légèrement granuleuse masque les micro-rayures du quotidien. Toutes les finitions sont thermolaquées au four à 180°C dans notre atelier à Montpellier.

Oui, et c'est même très courant. Les structures sont notre produit le plus souvent commandé en sur mesure, car les dimensions de plateau varient beaucoup.
