Powder coating offers superior protection to standard paint, but requires gentle maintenance to preserve its anti-corrosion properties.
Daily cleaning: wipe with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
Thorough cleaning: use lukewarm soapy water (neutral dishwashing liquid), then rinse and dry immediately. For stubborn marks, a mixture of water + white vinegar in a 3:1 ratio is sufficient.
Absolutely avoid:
Avoid abrasive products, bleach and solvents, which attack the powder coating.
Aggressive chemicals, abrasive sponges and metal scrapers permanently scratch the powder coating.
Never use acetone or 90° alcohol, which dissolve the coating.
