In this way, each leg, support or structure finds its place in a virtuous cycle, combining reuse, steel recycling, local manufacturing and environmental responsibility.
How we recycle our products
Our recycling program aims to reuse or recycle every Ripaton product at the end of its life, rather than throwing it away.
Once recovered, products are taken to our workshop for refurbishment or recycling, depending on their condition.
This process is part of a circular economy approach, where every piece of steel is either reused or melted down and transformed to make new products.
- Sorting and inspection: products are received and checked, then sorted according to their general condition.
- Stripping: parts are cleaned and stripped of their old finish.
- Powder coating: reusable products are repainted and protected by our specialized partner.
- Reintegration: refurbished products are reintroduced into our circuit or passed on to our reseller partners.
Thanks to these steps, each product retains its value and contributes to a sustainable, local manufacturingmodel.
