LE DÉVOUÉ MADE-TO-MEASURE is a cylindrical straight table leg in Ø 15.9 cm steel tube for creating a dining table, coffee table, worktop or stand-up dining at the exact height the project calls for.
Made in Montpellier from 3 mm steel tube, LE DÉVOUÉ MADE-TO-MEASURE consists of a straight cylindrical column Ø 159 mm, cut to the chosen height between 300 and 1000 mm.
At the top, a round collar Ø 220 mm, a 4 mm ring bored to the tube diameter, transfers the load from the tabletop to the column without lateral bending.
At the base, a round plate of the same diameter, 3 mm thick, distributes the load across an Ø 159 mm footprint.
The single column carries the load vertically without arms or crossbars: the space under the tabletop stays clear on all sides, the leg positions at the edges, corners or staggered depending on the tabletop shape, 1 to 4 legs depending on span.
Each column supports 100 kg on solid wood, MDF, marble, granite, terrazzo, compact HPL or tempered glass, on a tabletop up to 250 cm long.
Available in 8 thermolacquered colours or ADAPTA dark matt varnish, the thermolacquering holds against impacts, moisture and UV.
Suitable for indoors and sheltered outdoor settings: covered terrace, balcony, veranda.
Fully welded in the workshop, LE DÉVOUÉ MADE-TO-MEASURE screws to the tabletop through the Ø 6.5 mm holes in the collar using the included screws.
The self-adhesive rubber pads protect the floor.

Non-standard heights, between 30 and 100 cm
Where LE DÉVOUÉ comes in 40, 71 and 89 cm, the made-to-measure version covers the full range from 30 to 100 cm.
A side table at 55 cm, an ergonomic desk at 74 cm, a low worktop at 85 cm for a custom kitchen: the height fits the tabletop, the use and the morphology, without approximation.
Dining table or live edge top: interior architect project
Under a live edge oak or walnut top of variable thickness, the Ø 15.9 cm column leg can be cut at 72 or 73.5 cm to compensate for wood curvature and achieve a finished table height of exactly 75 cm. 4 legs at the corners of a 220 × 95 cm top.

Counter, stand-up dining, snack return: hospitality and home
As a return on an open kitchen, at the end of a reception counter or under a narrow bar top, LE DÉVOUÉ MADE-TO-MEASURE is cut to 92, 95 or 105 cm to align with a specific stand-up dining or bar height.
Single column without lateral upright: access to bar stools stays clear on both sides.
Signature coffee table, Ø 15.9 cm column
Under a coffee table, the Ø 15.9 cm tube cut at 35 or 45 cm becomes a short, massive base. 3 legs under a round marble top Ø 110 cm or 4 legs at the corners of a rectangular 140 × 70 cm. The assertive section of the tube is the decor.
The copper Y2304I or gold Y2316F finish turns the leg into the feature piece.

Choose the made-to-measure version whenever the target height falls outside the three standards: LE DÉVOUÉ 40 cm for coffee tables, LE DÉVOUÉ 71 cm for dining tables, LE DÉVOUÉ 89 cm for worktops.

For a precise finished height, add the tabletop thickness to the leg height.
Example: 71 cm leg + 3 cm wood top = 74 cm finished table.
Minimum 2 cm thick; included screws measure 2.5 cm. Below 2 cm, use structural epoxy or polyurethane adhesive.

Included screws measure 2.5 cm; minimum tabletop thickness: 2 cm. For non-drillable marble or tempered glass, use structural adhesive (epoxy or polyurethane).
Recommended method: screwing through the Ø 6.5 mm holes in the fixing collar using the included wood screws, on a top at least 2 cm thick.

Metallic sandblasted effect powder-coated finishes: copper (90354), gold (Y2316F).
Powder coating involves baking electrostatic polyester powder at 200°C. The result? A 60-80 micron protective coating that resists :

- UV: No discoloration in sunlight
