Ordering and tracking
Please contact our customer service department at bonjour@ripaton.fr as soon as possible so that we can modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Delivery times vary according to the quantity and type of stand ordered. Generally speaking, it takes 5 to 15 days.
For products in stock, delivery is guaranteed within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
Yes, we manufacture all our products in custom sizes and colors. We can also manufacture custom products out of our range, on request.

Once your order has left our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
Orders are shipped by DPD or GLS, except for bulky products shipped on pallets.
Some of our products are so popular that they may temporarily be out of stock. To be informed in real time when they are back in stock, click on " Notify me when the product is available " and enter your e-mail address in the appropriate field. You will receive a notification as soon as the product is available again.
If this option is not available, please contact our customer service department via the contact form. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Our products are dispatched either the same day or the day after your order (excluding weekends) and delivered within 24-48 hours.
Some of our products are made to order (this is indicated on the product sheet if this is the case) and require 10 - 15 days. I promise, we'll make it as quick as possible!
For custom-made products, please allow 3 weeks at the longest.

Delivery
You can collect your order directly from our workshop in Montpellier.
To do so, select "pick-up at workshop" when choosing your carrier.
This service is, of course, free of charge.
As soon as your order is ready, we'll inform you directly of its availability, and you can collect it during our opening hours.
If you have received a damaged product, it is essential that you make reservations on the delivery note to ensure that your claim is processed by our customer service department.
You have 48 hours after delivery to submit your claim to our customer service department at bonjour@ripaton.fr
Please include photos identifying the damage.
Once we have received the information we need to analyze your request, our customer service department will provide you with a suitable solution.
Delivery times vary according to the type of transport selected.
We work with the DPD carrier, which delivers within 24/48h to the home or 48/72h to a relay. For larger orders, pallets are required.
Custom-made products are delivered within 3 weeks.
If you wish to postpone the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or by e-mail, specifying your order number and the desired date.
We'll do our best to accommodate your request and arrange a delivery that suits your needs.
All our products are available for delivery throughout the European Union.
We also deliver to Corsica (via GLS) and French overseas departments and territories, as well as to Switzerland (by Colissimo)

You can ask our customer service department to change your telephone number at any time so that the carrier can contact you for your delivery.

Yes, all products Ripaton come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any problems related to the quality of our materials or finishes. We undertake to repair or replace any defective product within the scope of this warranty.

Powder-coated, our table legs, furniture legs and shelves are protected by a resistant coating that covers the steel. This process offers both enhanced durability in the face of impact, scratches and corrosion, and a clean visual appearance, with deep, even colors.
Thanks to this protection, our products can be used both indoors and outdoors, without compromising on aesthetics or quality.
Dark matte varnish - ADAPTA: Dark matte-finish powder-coating applied to steel for effective protection while allowing the raw texture of the metal to shine through.
This varnish offers a deep, sober, slightly satin finish, perfect for those seeking a balance between assertive industrial style and contemporary elegance. Its effect subtly mattifies steel, softening its rough appearance while preserving its authenticity.

Cream - RAL 9001:Cream powder coating, a smooth, solid finish applied to steel for long-lasting protection and a top-of-the-range appearance.
This light, warm, ivory-like shade radiates natural luminosity and creates an elegant, soothing atmosphere. It blends easily into any interior style - Scandinavian, contemporary or bohemian chic - and works equally well with light woods and dark tones for a subtle play of contrasts.
Copper - TASILAQ: Copper powder coating with a plain, slightly satin finish, applied to steel for strength, durability and elegance.
This warm hue blends subtle golden, pink and brown reflections, recalling the refined lustre of coppery metal. It adds a sophisticated yet luxurious touch, ideal for enhancing contemporary, industrial or vintage interiors. Combined with noble materials such as marble, dark wood or glass, it creates an elegant, hushed ambience full of character.
Terracotta - RAL 8004: A terracotta-colored powder coating with a plain, matte finish applied to steel for long-lasting protection against corrosion and scratches.
This warm shade is reminiscent of natural terracotta, with orange and pinkish-brown nuances, perfect for adding an authentic, warm, Mediterranean touch to your interiors and exteriors.

Returns and refunds
You have 30 days to return the product if it does not suit you. To do so, simply request a return from your customer account or by e-mail to bonjour@ripaton.fr.. A link to a return label will be sent to you. Do not frank the parcel yourself.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products, at the price indicated in our general terms and conditions of sale (scale set according to the amount/volume of the order), directly deducted from your refund.
Any product received damaged will not be eligible for a full refund. Legs must be returned new, unassembled and in their original packaging. Custom-made legs cannot be returned or exchanged (see our general terms and conditions of sale). No reimbursement will be made for expenses incurred.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to process returns as quickly as possible.
Once the product has been returned and received in our workshop, we carry out a check. If the product is found to be non-compliant, a refund is usually issued within 5 to 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been initiated.
If this period is exceeded, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail to bonjour@ripaton.fr, quoting your order number. Our customer service team is here to help you and make sure that everything gets sorted out quickly!
No worries! At RIPATON, you have 30 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided the items are in perfect condition and unused.
However, custom-made products are not eligible for return.
Here are the steps to follow to make a return:
- Make your return request from your customer area, in the "My returns" section. Select the order concerned and specify the reason for the return.
- Prepare the parcel: make sure the feet are in perfect condition, unused, and well repacked in their original packaging to avoid any damage during transport.
- Ship your return: once your request has been validated, follow the shipping instructions provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
As soon as we have received and checked the items, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days.

Any product received damaged will not be eligible for a full refund.
Legs must be returned new, unassembled and in their original packaging.

Product installation
We supply the fixing screws with all our table legs!
Please check that they are suitable for your table top before screwing them in (especially the size of the screws in relation to the thickness of your table top). The screws we supply are 2.5 cm long.
Ideally, we recommend a minimum thickness of 2 cm.
You can also opt for a thicker table top, between 3 and 5 cm.
Is your table top even thicker? No problem, but use longer screws than those supplied with your legs, because the longer the fixing, the stronger the table!
Our table legs can support between 25 and 300 kilos per leg, depending on the model. This is indicated in each product data sheet. Depending on the size of your table top, certain legs are more or less recommended.
Our clothes racks can take a lot of weight, because they're made from thick, solid steel. You can easily store 150 kilos of clothing or accessories.
Our wall brackets can support 25 kilos per bracket. We advise you to pay particular attention to the screws and plugs you use, to make sure they're suitable for your type of wall.
We think of everything to protect your floors! That's why all our legs and feet are supplied with protective rubber or felt pads.
These pads protect your surfaces from scratches and ensure greater stability.
To meet specific needs, some of our models are also available with adjustable glides. These allow you to adjust the height of your furniture with precision, particularly useful on uneven floors.
What is an overhang, and what precautions should be taken?
An overhang is the part of the table top that extends beyond the legs or structure supporting it. This overhang is important to consider, as it can influence the stability and solidity of your furniture.
For a standard overhang, we recommend a maximum of 30 cm around the legs or structure. Beyond this measurement, table top may be less stable or risk flexing depending on its material and weight.
If your project requires an overhang greater than 20cm, we strongly advise you to contact us with all the necessary information:
- Exact dimensions of table top
- Total weight
- Material used

We offer different finishes for different products.
If you want to use the products outdoors, we recommend you choose the Matte Varnish finish, or any color.
If you opt for the Rough or Rust-treated Rough finish, we advise you to reapply a little rust inhibitor from time to time to prevent rust from appearing.

Fixing our feet under your table top is quick and easy. Here's how to do it:
- Check the dimensions and type of fixing: each RIPATON table leg comes with the necessary screws for easy fixing
For wooden table tops : use the wood screws included with your legs. They are designed for solid, stable fixing.

For table tops in glass, marble or granite: it is necessary to glue table top to the feet, as the screws are not suitable for these fragile materials. We don't supply adhesives, but we recommend using a strong fixing adhesive specially designed for these types of surfaces, to ensure a stable and secure hold.
- Mark the locations: place the feet under table top and mark the places where the screws are to be inserted. Ensure that the feet are centred and at an equal distance from the edges of the table top.
- Drill the holes: carefully drill the marked locations using a suitable drill. For table tops in marble, granite or glass, use special drills to avoid damaging the material.
- Fix the feet: insert the wood screws into the holes and screw the feet firmly under table top.
Be sure to use the correct screws for the thickness and type of your table top, and to tighten them sufficiently to guarantee table stability. If you have any doubts or questions, our team is here to guide you. Contact us via our contact form.

Payment methods
Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques. But we do accept many other forms of payment!
If you choose to pay by credit card, you can pay with American Express.
We offer several payment methods on our website:
- Payment by credit card

- Payment in installments (2-3-4 times) or in 30 days via our partner ALMA.
It may happen that your payment is refused when you attempt to place an order on our site. In this case, here are a few steps you can take to quickly identify the cause of the problem:
- Check your credit card limit
A refused payment can often be explained by the fact that your credit or debit card has reached its spending limit. Before finalizing your order, check with your bank or card issuer to make sure that this limit has not been exceeded. If necessary, you can try another card or request a temporary increase in your limit.
- Validate the 3D Secure (3DS) protocol
3D Secure is a security measure used by many banks to confirm the cardholder's identity when making online payments. If your card has not yet been activated for this protocol, it may be rejected. Contact your bank to check the status of your activation, and complete the required steps if necessary.

If you are unable to validate your payment in order to finalize your order, please check that you have entered your payment details correctly, with no errors or extra spaces in the fields.
You can also check on your banking application that the payment is not blocked due to your card limit. If this is the case, you will need to raise your card limit by requesting an increase online, or by contacting your bank advisor.
To better protect our customers during online payments, you may be asked to validate 3D Secure during payment. In this case, you must enter a security code obtained by e-mail or telephone, or access your mobile banking application to validate your payment.

At RIPATON, we offer flexible solutions for paying for your orders in installments:
- PayPal: If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you may be offered the option of paying in installments directly at checkout (subject to eligibility for their service).
- Alma: With Alma, you can choose to pay in 2, 3 or 4 instalments. Alma also offers deferred payment options, at 15 or 30 days, for added flexibility. These solutions are simple and transparent, with clear instructions at the time of payment.

If you have paid for your order in installments via ALMA and would like to request a refund, here is the procedure to follow:
- Request a return: Log in to your customer area, access the "My returns" section, and follow the steps to make your return request. Please ensure that the products are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
- Return validation: Once your return has been accepted and the items have been received by our teams, we will proceed with the refund.
- Refund via ALMA: When we validate the refund, ALMA automatically stops any remaining direct debits. If you have already paid one or more installments, ALMA will refund the corresponding amounts directly to your account.
Please note: The refund may take a few days to appear on your account, depending on ALMA's and your bank's processing times.

Despite all the care we take in checking our products and their packaging, it can unfortunately happen that a problem arises. Rest assured, our customer service team is here to help you find a solution.
For a rapid response, please send an email to bonjour@ripaton.fr within 24 hours, enclosing photos of the damage to your item and a brief description of the situation.
We promise to get back to you within 24 hours. In the meantime, we recommend that you keep the packaging of your item, in case a return is necessary.
Finally, we advise you to check your frame as soon as you receive it, even if you don't plan to use it immediately.

Information produit
Maintaining your RIPATON table legs is quick and easy!
For raw steel legs: We recommend cleaning with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If traces or minor oxidation appear, light sanding with steel wool or a very fine abrasive, followed by the application of a wax or anti-rust product, will preserve their shine. Also, to prevent rust from appearing, we recommend applying a colorless rust inhibitor (such as rustol) to your products from time to time.
For feet with an epoxy paint finish: use a soft cloth slightly dampened with soapy water to clean them. Avoid abrasive products which could damage the finish.
Whatever the model, remember to regularly check screws and fasteners to ensure the stability of your furniture. With these simple gestures, your table legs will remain elegant and functional for many years to come!

Our clothes racks can carry a lot of weight: from 40 kilos to 80 kilos, depending on the model. This is indicated on each product sheet, for each rack.
Our industrial steel racks are made from strong, durable dark steel tubing.
Load capacity varies according to product type:
- Legs: Depending on the model, our legs can support between 25 kg and 300 kg per leg. You'll find the specific load capacity for each model on its product data sheet.
- Shelves: On average, our shelves can support up to 25 kg. However, load stability and safety also depend on the fixings used to hang them on the wall.
- Racks: Our racks are designed to support between 80 kg and 100 kg, depending on the model.

Yes, it is possible to use these types of table tops, but certain precautions must be taken:
- Glass tops: As our feet are designed to be screwed onto wood, you will need to use special suction cups or a glue suitable for glass to ensure secure fixing.
- Marble or ceramic tops: For these materials, we advise you to consult a professional marble mason or ceramist, who will be able to advise you on the best installation method for your table top.
- Recommended feet: For these often heavy materials, we recommend central feet with a central plate, such as our custom Ambitieux model, or a Structure that offers good stability.
