Delivery times, conditions and returns
Shipping your order
Our standard products are dispatched within 48 working hours of receipt of payment.
Custom-made or out-of-stock products leave our workshop within a maximum of 15 working days.
Each order is subject to quality control and careful packaging before shipment.
Shipping costs include :
- preparation and packaging of your order,
- transport, the amount of which varies according to the total weight of the parcel and the destination.
Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel.
To keep costs down, we advise you to group all your items in a single order.
Two orders placed separately will incur separate shipping charges.
We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.
Delivery
Once dispatched, your parcel is delivered on average within 48 hours, depending on the destination.
Products on pallets (DACHSER) may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Fast delivery in mainland France, Corsica and throughout the European Union.

Switzerland and Corsica: Colissimo home delivery against signature.
Each shipment includes a tracking link sent by e-mail upon dispatch.
Delivery available in mainland France, Switzerland, Corsica and the European Union.
For all other destinations (DOM-TOM, outside Europe), a quotation on request can be drawn up by our customer service department.
Delivery is free for all orders over €299 (incl. VAT) in mainland France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders under €299 including VAT, delivery costs vary on average from €4 to €30, depending on the weight, volume and number of products ordered.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment of your parcel, with a tracking link enabling you to follow the delivery of your order.

If the parcel is indicated as delivered but not received, contact our customer service department without delay.
In the event of absence, you can reschedule your delivery directly via the tracking link.
It is also possible to redirect the parcel to a relay point, depending on the carrier.
If your parcel arrives damaged or visually deteriorated, it is imperative that you make reservations on the carrier's delivery note to ensure that your claim is processed by our customer service department.
You have 48 hours following receipt of your parcel to submit your complaint.

- Contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
These steps are necessary for us to take charge of your case.
Returns
You have 30 days after receipt to make a return request for an exchange or refund (except custom-made products).
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, at the price indicated in our general terms and conditions of sale (scale set according to the amount/volume of the order), directly deducted from your refund.
The product must be returned :
- in new condition
- in its original packaging
Simply make a return request from your customer account or by e-mail to bonjour@ripaton.fr.
A link to a return label will be sent to you. Please do not affix postage to the parcel yourself.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.
Stands, supports, racks, kits and accessories must be returned in new, unassembled condition and in their original packaging.
Any product returned in damaged, incomplete or used condition will not be eligible for a full refund.
Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
