Shipping and Delivery
Shipping your parcel 🚀
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours for standard products, excluding custom-made items, after receipt of payment.
Delivery is then made within 24 to 48 hours.
Out-of-stock or custom-made products are dispatched from our workshop within 15 working days maximum.
Delivery methods 📦
We offer several delivery methods on our site:
- Home delivery (GLS)
- Workplace / company delivery (DPD)
- Delivery to a pickup point (DPD)
Products delivered to a pickup point are held by the pickup point for 9 working days.
Bulky products are shipped on pallets, directly to the address of your choice, via our partner DACHSER.
For deliveries to Switzerland or Corsica, we use Colissimo home delivery against signature.
Whichever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Delivery zones 🌍
We deliver our products to mainland France, Corsica and the rest of Europe.
If you require delivery outside mainland France and Europe, please contact our customer service department and we will send you a quote for long-distance delivery.
Shipping costs 💸
Free delivery for orders over €299 incl. VAT.
For orders under €299, delivery costs vary from €4 to €30 (depending on the number of products ordered)
How do I track my package? 👀
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we send you an email confirming shipment of your parcel, with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.
If you already have a tracking number, you can follow your delivery in real time:

If your parcel is indicated as delivered and you have not received it, we advise you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
I'm absent during delivery, what should I do? 😥
If you're absent at the time of delivery, don't worry! You can reschedule your delivery directly in your tracking link, the same evening. You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to a relay if you are unable to collect it.
My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do? 😳
If your parcel arrives damaged or visually deteriorated, it is imperative that you make reservations on the delivery note to ensure that your claim is processed by our customer service department.
If you receive damaged or defective products, you have 48 hours following delivery to submit your complaint.
Return policy ✅
Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to request a return for exchange or refund (except for custom-made products). Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and are directly deducted from the refund.
