The total height is obtained by adding the height of the foot and the thickness of the table top, calculated here with a table top of 30 mm.

The width of the base is less than or equal to the depth of the table top.

A base equal to the depth of table top places the uprights and base plate flush with the edges - an assertive effect for an assertive graphic look.
A base less than the depth keeps the uprights recessed from the edges for a more discreet look.

For a standard 60 cm-deep worktop or island: choose the 60 cm base.

For a desk or dining table 80 cm deep: 60 or 80 cm base, depending on the desired effect.

For a countertop 100 cm deep: 80 or 100 cm base.

For freestanding tables or islands, 2 legs are required - positioned parallel to the width of the table top.

In semi-supported mode, only 1 leg is required: the other end rests on a pedestal, storage unit or partition.
This is the configuration most often used for worktop returns and island extensions adjoining existing furniture.

The ideal thickness for table tops solid wood is 30 to 40 mm.

For marble or stone tops, we recommend using polymer mastic glue in addition to the screws, to guarantee long-lasting strength.

The screws supplied are calibrated for table tops thicknesses from 20 to 50 mm.

For long-span woodentable tops, LE RAIDISSEUR attaches to the underside of table top to prevent bending, bowing and sagging.

The base is designed for table tops solid wood, multi-ply plywood and finger-jointed wood.

It is also compatible with table tops in marble, granite or rigid recycled plastic.

Fixing is by screw via Ø 6.5 mm holes integrated into the base plate. For table tops marble or stone, we recommend using a polymer mastic glue in addition to the screws, to guarantee long-lasting hold.

We advise against the use of flexible worktops, which require an independent supporting structure.

This table base is available in three professional-quality finishes that don't just look good and are timeless - they protect.

Fine-textured powder-coated finishes: matt black (RAL 9005), gloss white (RAL 9003).

Powder coating involves baking electrostatic polyester powder at 200°C. The result? A 60-80 micron protective coating that resists :

- Humidity: Rust-free, sheltered outdoor use (covered terrace, veranda)

- UV: no discoloration in sunlight

- Impact: Harder than simple varnish

- Corrosion: Integrated anti-corrosion protection.

• Indoors: All finishes are ideal
• Sheltered exterior (covered terrace, pergola, veranda): Powder-coating recommended for maximum durability (10+ years maintenance-free)
• Unsheltered exteriors: Not recommended (even with powder coating, water accumulation in the tubes could pose a long-term problem)

Ultra-simple care:

• Regular cleaning: damp cloth + mild soap (pH neutral), then dry with a dry cloth
• White stains (limescale): Soft cloth soaked in white vinegar or cider vinegar, rinse, dry
• Sheltered exterior: Clean 2 times a year to remove pollen and dust

Absolutely avoid:

- Abrasive products (scraping sponge, scouring powder)

- High-pressure cleaners

- Undiluted acidic products
