Le Costaud Made to measure Hairpin leg - 3-rod steel table leg

Our "Le Costaud" leg is made from high-quality unfinished steel, revealing certain rough edges, a sign of its authenticity.

Manufactured in our Montpellier workshop, it is available in several sizes and finishes (raw, varnished, powder-coated) to suit all your projects: coffee tables, dining tables, desks, consoles and high tables.

Its shape and 12 mm-diameter tubes give it a timeless, industrial look, ideal for blending with all types of surface: authentic wood, concrete, recycled plastic, terrazzo or marble for a modern touch.

This pin-shaped steel table base will suit tables and tops of all shapes: rectangular, round, square, oval.

For square and rectangular shapes, we recommend a length of table top between 40 and 200 cm.

For round and oval shapes, we recommend a table top diameter of 90 cm maximum.

"Le Costaud Sur Mesure" is also suitable for kitchen islands and worktops.

We supply screws and protective glides with our table legs.

Rust-proof, our 3-stem pin legs can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Our legs are designed for use under wooden tops (rough, solid, plywood).

You can also use marble, granite, recycled plastic or glass tops.

We advise against use on tables >80 cm high.

Please note: if you're using a worktop to make a table, make sure it's suitable for the purpose. Some worktops need to be supported by boxes, as they are made of flexible materials (e.g. melamine).

Remove rust: If rust is present, apply a rust remover. To do this, make a paste by mixing a little hot water, white vinegar, lemon juice and baking soda. Apply to the affected areas and leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with a damp sponge and dry with a dry cloth.

Yes, powder coating is a process that creates a long-lasting protective layer. Corrosion-resistant, it can protect steel from oxidation and rust. UV-resistant: Powder coating is also UV-resistant, which means it won 't fade or degrade when exposed to sunlight.

Regular cleaning: To keep your table legs in good condition for many years, we recommend regular cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry with a dry cloth. If white stains appear, use a soft cloth lightly moistened with cider vinegar or white vinegar.

Fine-textured black - RAL 9005 black powder-coating: plain black powder-coating on steel. Chic, elegant and luxurious, matte black brings modernity to your interior.

Dark matte varnish - ADAPTA: plain, dark matte varnish powder coating on steel. Its matte finish brings a modern, delicate and trendy look to your interior design. The matte effect softens the steel's industrial look.
