Le Rustique - Trestle table leg - Steel

Le "Rustique” : our A-shaped table leg is our new steel base, ideal for giving your table a traditional and authentic feel. Made from high quality raw steel tubing measuring 8x4 cm, this new base is solid, stable, resistant and will bring a touch of originality to your creation. Available in heights of 45 and 71 cm, it will allow you to make both your dining table and a bench to match your table.

For the manufacture of this stand we use raw, untreated steel, leaving some asperities showing as a sign of its authenticity. If you wish another finish, we also offer 3 other standard finishes: raw steel varnished, black matte or white gloss.

Wondering how much weight this stand can hold? Our "Rustic" leg can support up to 100kg (per leg). Enough to attach all types of tops (solid wood, marble, concrete, recycled plastic) to your legs and make the table or desk of your dreams!  ❤

Depending on your project and the type of tabletop you would like to use, some table legs are better suited than others.

Here are our tips:

For your rectangular table tops:

From 40 to 160 cm long: all legs

From 160 to 200 cm: all table legs except « Original »

From 200 to 270 cm: all table legs except « Original » and « Costaud »

For tabletops of longer than 270 cm: MIKADO and INTREPIDE (section 8cm)

For round/square tabletops:

From 60 to 90 cm Ø: Harmonieux, Idéal, Cavalier, Original, Costaud

From 100 to 160 cm Ø: Harmonieux

For high tables (90cm or more height):

Our table legs « Intrépide » or « Malicieux » are more suitable for your high tables as they provide more stability to the table.

For your kitchen island:

All of our table legs are suitable because the weight is generally distributed between the support furniture and the legs.

For heavy tables (+200kg)

The legs « Intrépide », « Malicieux », and « Mikado » are best suited for heavy tables.

We offer several finishes on our products:

Untreated raw steel: dark steel colour, untreated. The steel may have some marks and roughness, signs of its authenticity. Ideal for an industrial, raw, metal look. If used outdoors without protection, it may rust. This finish is only available on certain models.

Clear matt varnish / rustproof steel: this is the same colour as the raw steel, with a clear matt varnish that protects the steel. The appearance is smooth and matt. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Matt black: plain black powder coating covering the steel. For indoor and outdoor use.

Bright white: plain white powder coating on steel. For indoor and outdoor use.

Delivery within 24 to 48 hours at home after shipment / 48 hours in relay pickup / 48-72 hours in the European Union (working days) for products in stock.

Delivery within 10-15 days for made-to-measure products.
