Please contact our customer care at bonjour@ripaton.fr as soon as possible so we can update or cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
All orders are shipped by Chronopost (except when notified)

If you receive a broken product or another product than the one you ordered, please contact our customer care as soon as possible so we can send you a new one!

You have 30 days to return the product if it does not suit you. To do this, simply make a request from your customer account or by mail at bonjour@ripaton.fr We will then send you a sticker to return the package for free. You should not ship the package yourself at your own cost, it will not be refunded. 

Free returns are for FRANCE only

Any product received damaged will not be entitled to a full refund. The products have to be returned unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made legs are not taken back or exchanged.

The delay varies depending on the quantity and type of leg ordered. It takes 5 to 7 days in general. For the products in stock, the delivery is insured within 24h to 48h.

The delivery time depends of the type of delivery you choose. We work with express delivery Chronopost who insures a delivery under 24h to 72h.

We ship in Europe, DOM TOM and Switzerland.
For all other countries, please contact us for a personalized quotation.

The size you need depends on your project.
We recommend taking into consideration the elements that surround the table (chairs, couch) in order to adapt your furniture.
The standard size for a coffee table is 40 cm
The standard size for a dining table/desk is 71 cm
We also have different types of legs, more or less consolidated.
The COSTAUD leg has a third rod which ensures more stability for massive dining tables or long tables.

The support of each leg is perforated by several holes to put the screws.
all you need is a few wood screws.

Of course, we can manufacture custom-made sizes from 16 to 115 cm.

The feet are made of raw steel, so they are sensitive to rust. However, we treat them with a rust-proof product (if indicated in the datasheet) to delay the attack of rust. 
It is preferable to limit the exposure to the rain and humidity, prefer a dry and covered space. 
If you want to use the feet only outside, a layer of a rustproof product should be applied before winter.

The supported weight is different from one leg to another. In general, it is up to 25KG or 50kg per leg
