Hereinafter the "Seller" or the "Company".

PREAMBLE
The description of the products offered for sale on www.ripaton.fr is accurate.

PRICE
The existing prices for the various products marketed by RIPATON are indicated in euros and include the applicable VAT.

The prices of the products do not include the shipping costs, their amount is added to the sum of the order if the delivery option is subscribed, otherwise, the price to pay is only the amount of the order if the customer picks it up within the premises of RIPATON.

All orders are taken into account only if they are accompanied by their payment in full when they are placed.

PAYMENT
All orders placed on www.ripaton.fr, can be settled according to the choice of the customer, via the following means of payment:

Credit card: Directly indicating the card number, its expiry date and the security code on the back of the card. The sum is taken in full, on the day of placing the order.
Paypal: Logging into his Paypal account, via the site www.ripaton.fr following the steps implemented by the interface, as part of a secure payment using their credit card.

DELIVERY The choice of delivery method when placing an order by the customer is free, either by choosing a delivery of their order to the destination of their choice, or by picking up their order directly at the Ripaton workshop. SHIPPING CHARGES The shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, they are notified of the amount of these charges before the final validation of their order. It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the shipments on arrival and make any reservations and claims which appear justified or even refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows obvious traces of damage. DELIVERY AREA The customer will be delivered by mail to the address indicated at the time of placing of order. The countries of possible delivery are all the countries in the European Union. Delivery in Corsica: delivery only via Colissimo. The price is indicated on the website, and varies according to the weight of the package. ADDRESS ERROR The customer is responsible for the information they have entered about the recipient address. The contact details entered must be clear, precise and complete. In this case, Ripaton cannot be held responsible for delays and returns due to an address error. PACKAGE RETURN The return of an unclaimed package by the recipient is at the expense of the customer as part of a second shipment. DELIVERY TIME The maximum delivery time is 30 working days and depends on the accessibility of the country of destination. MANUFACTURING TIME The manufacturing time of the products is 3-8 working days. For some products, such as colored feet, a longer period can be applied, in case of an out of stock. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL According to the terms of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a 30-day withdrawal period to exercise their right without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. The customer must inform www.ripaton.fr at the following email address: contact@ripaton.fr The return will be made to the following address, unless otherwise specified: RIPATON 41 YVES MONTAND STREET 34080 MONTPELLIER - FRANCE The refund to the customer will be made by check or transfer within 14 days from receipt of the goods by www.ripaton.fr, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The product must not be used, and must be free of any marks, scratches or damage and must be returned in its original packaging. Returns are made only for products ordered on the site, and are not applicable for made-to-measure products. Made-to-measure products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, according to article L121-20-1 of the Consumer Code concerning the supply of personalized goods. FORCE MAJEURE Neither Party shall be liable to the other for failure to perform or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement which would be due to the other party as a result of the occurrence of an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code. In particular, the events of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in addition to those usually adopted by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals, include blocking of telecommunications, including telecommunications networks, lockouts, riots, civil disturbances, insurrection, civil or foreign war, nuclear risk, embargo, confiscation, capture or destruction by any public authority, bad weather, epidemic, blockade of means of transport or supply for whatever reason, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory changes in the forms of marketing, any consequence of a technological change, not foreseeable by RIPATON, calling into question the rules and standards of their profession and any other unforeseeable and irresistible case and independent of the will of the Parties preventing the normal performance of their reciprocal obligations. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
APPLICABLE LAW These General Conditions of Sale and Use of the Services are subject to French law. In the event of domicile and/or non-French nationality of the Customer, they accept that the contractual relationship between them and RIPATON is not governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, whose application is expressly excluded. Information Technology and Civil Liberties LANGUAGE The official language of these General Terms and Conditions is French. The use of any other language has only indicative value. In case of difficulty of interpretation, the Parties shall refer only to the French text. COMPETENT COURT Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, execution, non-execution of these General Conditions of Sale and Use of Services governing relations between the Parties shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the conditions of common law. The information collected by the Company RIPATON during an order from the client is necessary to manage the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of the Company RIPATON involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that the same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and fighting against credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act nº 78-17 dated January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion to the data concerning them.
